Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you joined, and the fact that you consented to hear from ebio by email. We use it to tell you about early access, launch pricing and occasional news. We do not sell or rent your data.

Partner enquiries

When you send a partner enquiry we store your name, company, type of space, number of locations, work email and message so we can reply and follow up about stocking ebio. We keep partner contacts separate from the consumer waitlist.

Who processes it

Our email platform (Klaviyo) stores both lists and sends on our behalf. Partner enquiries are also emailed to our team through Resend. Both act under our agreements with them.

Analytics and advertising measurement run only after you accept cookies on this site. Decline and nothing loads. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
